UKFundraising reports: "Mobile industry companies 3, O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Virgin and Vodafone have agreed to waive their usual charges to ensure a £1 or £5 text means a £1 or £5 donation to Comic Relief, and the Treasury has confirmed that because of this no VAT will be charged on these donations."
